To start browsing for motorcycle parts, accessories and apparel, please click on Catalogs in the menu to the left. To add items to your shopping cart, please type in the part number with or without dashes (your choice) and select the Add To Cart button. If you want to change the quantity of an item, type in the number you want and select the Update button. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, change the quantity to zero or when you view your cart prior to checkout you can select the red X to remove the item.

3. If you are logged into AAFES, then check to see if you have a Norton Suite or something of this nature. If so, add us to your friends and/or allowed list.
4. Check to see if you have pop-ups blocked. If so, turn them on or allow them from our website.
5. Check to see if you have cookies turned off. If so, turn them on or allow them from our website.
6. Do you have Norton Suite or other Internet browsing protection software? Try adding us to the "allowed" list or shutting down your protection software temporarily.

How is my order processed?
Once you place an order with us, we process that order and send it to our supplier. Our supplier takes a business day for processing and your item(s) are shipped to us the following business day. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless your shipping location is APO or FPO. Because our supplier doesn?t drop ship, all items are shipped to our shop location first. The same day your item(s) show up to our shop is the same day we will ship them to you. Our supplier has 6 warehouses across the nation (NV, CA, WI, TX, NY, and NC). We do not get to choose which warehouse your items are coming from and not all items are stocked in every warehouse. So let?s say you ordered 4 items, we may have to wait on 4 separate shipments coming to us so that we can ship you your order. This doesn?t happen for every order and shipment, but it does happen. So we ask that you allow between 2 - 3 weeks for the arrival of your order to your requested shipping location. Thus we provide an expected shipment date to give you an estimated time of shipment. Your shipment may come in multiple packages and on multiple days prior to, on, or shortly after your expected shipment date. We will keep you informed of any changes.
TRACKING NUMBER:
Quantum View by UPS will send you a Tracking Number E-mail once your box or boxes are loaded onto the UPS truck for shipment to your selected shipping location.

APO / FPO Dimension Weight Charges
For all of our APO / FPO customers, please be advised of dimension weight charges. The United States Postal Service imposes additional fees known as dimension weight charges on all oversize packages. Our website does not have the capability of quoting dimensional sizes as the US Postal Service requires for boxes larger than a standard box. We cannot know the dimensional size costs until we ship your item(s) to you. If there is a dimensional size charge for shipping, we will E-mail you to let you know of this charge and the additional postage fees that are due.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you for a refund. There will be 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Any returned item cannot have been installed.
You cannot return exhaust if you have already installed them.
You cannot return a helmet if it looks as though you rode with the helmet on or if the protective film has been removed from the face shield.
You cannot return used apparel (trying on a garment does not constitute as using, but riding with apparel etc. does)
Please use common sense when wanting to return items.
Shipping fees will not be refunded unless Black Hawk Customs miss-shipped an item that was not ordered by the customer. If any returned item shows sign of wear and tear (i.e. scratches, cuts, dings, dents, etc), the item will be returned to customer without refund at customers expense.
If returning an item for warranty, please follow the same procedures as listed below. If your warranty claim is refused, you will be charged any shipping costs that have been incurred to process your warranty claim and/or return the item under your warranty claim back to you.
Our supplier does not allow exchanges. Please do not ask for an exchange of item. We only process returns for refund due to our supplier's requirements.
1. E-mail us and obtain a Return Authorization first.
2. Re-pack the item securely with the original packaging.
3. Print our E-mail correspondence (the E-mail you sent us for a Return Authorization and our reply) and enclose in package.
4. Please retain your tracking number.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. At this time, we are allowing back orders with our customer's approval.

Prices & Price Matching
We at Black Hawk Customs do not decide any retail pricing on any product sold through our website. We are under contract with our suppliers to advertise and provide product at retail pricing. We have been given special permission to provide certain pricing through our Exchange Mall contract at a set pricing structure. Thus, we can not price match any website or powersport shop because we would be in violation of our preset contracts. So please do not ask us to do so.
We agree that there are many Internet Warehouses that can beat our pricing on some items that we provide. But, if you are an Exchange Mall customer and you calculate your pricing structure over all items provided to you through our website, no other website can match us for overall pricing.

California Sales Tax
Because we are located in the State of California, we are required by law to charge California Sales Tax on all California sales through our website.
